Quadriplegic 16-year-old Italian boy Luca Mongelli protests on January 26, 2011 near the palace of justice in Sion. In 2002, Luca was found unconscious, injured, partially naked, lying on the snow near his home in Veysonnaz, south of Switzerland, after going for a walk with his dog.
